Endseeker

Faithfull adherers to the old ways of death metal, technically from Hamburg, but really from the pits of hell. Their latest album, “Global Worming”, is the dingiest and heaviest work produced by the Germans thus far. It sounds like a bomb dropped on a cemetery – a tribute to the best years of the Swedish death metal, but acutely aware that we are in the 21st century with the apocalypse just around the corner. “Global Worming tells the tale of a dystopian future, in which zombie worms take over our planet and slowly devour us until we’re all extinct” explains Ben, the band’s guitarist. And yeah, you can hear that very well.

History:

The career of the death metal band Endseeker launched in 2014. The band was formed by five good friends, who after some stints in other bands (e.g. Agares and Mephistopheles) decided to start with a clean slate and form something new and truly theirs.

The band did not mess around and in 2015 released their first EP “Corrosive Revelation” into the world. With the EP in their roaster and their debut album “Flesh Hammer Prophecy” that followed two years later, the band gradually evolved and sharpened their sound in the underground.

In light of the death metal Renaissance of the last decade, Endseeker has managed to reach new listeners and the band’s grassroots and not un-catchy approach to the genre has been warmly embraced by the extreme community.

Their tenacity and effectiveness have led Metal Blade Records, one of the biggest metal labels in the world that launched bands such as Slayer and Cannibal Corpse, to take them on.

So far Endseeker has produced four full-length albums, the latest of which, “Global Worming”, premiered on October 27, 2023.
