Mānbryne

Mānbryne is one of those projects that need a couple of years to get things off the ground, but once it gets going, there seems to be no limits to where the group can get artistically. The band was formed around 2017 – initially, just as the joint project of Blaze of Perdition’s S. and Renz. In peace and quiet, they concentrated on the music and in 2021, without much pomp and prior teasing, they released their debut album “Heilswerg: O udręce ciała i tułaczce duszy”. The melodic yet spiritually troubled black metal that the band presented on the record was met with an intensified interest.

The Terratur Possessions-signed band was lauded as one of the best artists to emerge in the Polish black metal scene in recent years and the concert tour the band went on in 2022 with Mgła only boosted their ever-growing reputation. The band used the momentum and released their sophomore album “Interregnum: O próbie wiary i jarzmie zwątpienia” in 2023. Just as in the case of the debut, the album has not gone unnoticed, as attested by the band’s further plans that include their performance at Mystic Festival or the reputable Norwegian festival Beyond the Gates.
