History:
Thy Art Is Murder was formed in 2006 in Australia. Most band members were around 15 years old then. They’ve recorded six full-length albums. Though a deathcore band, their music has elements of metalcore and death metal as well. They also take inspiration from bands such as Decapitated, Gojira, Meshuggah and Behemoth. Their songs express their aversion to organised religion and touch on topics such as war and animal rights.
